The parts for our Custom Vinyl Shutters are a combination of injection-molded and extruded. The shutters are made with a multi-piece assembly, using electrostatically welding and stapling. This process allows us to provide the most extensive selection of sizes, colors, and configurations. Our Premier One-Piece Vinyl Shutters are 100% injection-molded.
